Information on the processing of personal data. 

I authorize Lucenova to process my personal data for the purposes  indicated in the following information.

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF D. LGS N. 196/2003

Lucenova, informs its customers that:

a) personal data are necessary for order management and with express consent during registration, they may be used for promotional and / or sales purposes cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_, as well as for statistics aimed at monitoring the degree of customer satisfaction on the quality  of the services rendered and on the activity  carried out in order to better orientate the needs of the customers themselves. Failure to consent to the processing of data for purposes  commercial and promotional does not affect the performance of the activities  required for the conclusion of the 'online' order process.

b) for the purposes  referred to in the previous paragraph a), in addition to the data controller, also the employees in charge of marketing operations are authorized to carry out processing operations of said data. The data will not be disclosed to third parties

c) the data processing takes place through the use of manual, computerized and telematic tools, by the Supplier and / or by his appointees. In any case, the processing takes place with logic strictly related to the purposes  indicated above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, which will also be ›managed and protected in environments where access is under constant control.

e) In relation to the processing of the aforementioned data, the Customer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 has the right to obtain from Lucenova:

1- confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data, their communication in an understandable form and the

knowledge of their origin as well as of the logic on which the treatment is based;

2- the cancellation, within a reasonable period, of your data, their transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of those processed in violation of the law;

3- the updating of data, their correction or, when interested, their integration;

4- the attestation that the operations referred to in points 2 and 3 above have been brought to the attention of those to whom they have been communicated, provided that it is not impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means. Furthermore, the Customer has the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning him for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
